摘要
本文总结了磷在炉渣中的存在形式和磷酸盐容量的概念,评价了几种表示炉渣碱度的方法,引入类似于磷酸盐容量的磷酸盐容量指数.在此基础上研究了1300~1650℃时203组平衡条件下各种渣系炉渣磷酸盐容量指数CPI与光学碱、氧离子摩尔分数、Bell比率之间的关系.结果表明:平衡实验条件下炉渣磷酸盐容量指数与炉渣碱度有较好的对应关系,特别是对光学碱度,当Fe2O3、FeO的光学碱度选用由电负性得出的0.48和0.51时,炉渣磷酸盐容量指数与光学碱度之间的关系更明显.
The form of existence of phosphorus in metallurgical slag and the concept of the phosphate capacity are reviewed and several slag basicity expressions are also evaluated.A phosphate capacity index which is similar to phosphate capacity is introduced.The relationship between the phosphate capacity index and the optical basicity, oxygen ion mole fraction and Bell's ratio is studied based on laboratory data from experiments at equilibrium in the range of 1550~1600℃.These results indicate that the phosphate capacity index has good correlations with slag basicity,especially with the optical basicity when the optical basicity of Fe2O3 and FeO is 0.48 and 0.51 respectivly (basicity derived from Pauling electonegativity). However, the phosphate capacity index or the phosphate capacity can be used as a measure of slag basicity only after it is confirmed to have good correlation with slag basicity for nearly all oxide slags of interest in the field of iron-and steel-making.
