摘要
本文利用1960—1993年大风的资料，分析春季洪泽湖区大风的气候特征和影响的主要天气系统；运用天气型下找指标、MOS预报等方法，研究建立了春季各月湖区大风的预报工具。并编制具有一定特色的预报业务系统，采用动态调整手段，使预报方程随资料的增加而不断优化。经1994年试报，湖区大风的预报准确率为75％，获得预期的效果。
In this paper,the climate feature of strong winds and main weather systems in Spring in the area of Hungtzehu lake were analysed based on the data of 1960-1993. Applying weather type indices, MOS and so on, a forecast tool of the strong winds in Spring is formulated, we set up an operational system of forecast with certain features, and adopt the means of dynamic adjustment. The rate of accuracy has reached 95% during the experimental period of 1994
