摘要
原发性面神经鞘膜瘤较少见。临床首发症状多为面瘫，常易误诊为贝尔麻痹而延误治疗，先进的影像技术有助于本病的早期诊断。我院近１５年来收治颞骨内面神经瘤７例，现报告其中２病例ＣＴ表现，就其ＣＴ诊断及鉴别诊断作一讨论。
Primary facial neuroma is rare.Facial palsy is always the first symptom. It is easy to be nusdiagnosed as ffell’s palsy so the treatment would be delayed.The early diagno-sis could be made possible with use of the updated imaging techniques. Seven cases of facial neuroma within ternporal bone were seen over the past 15 years in our hospital.We tried to address the slice CT findings in 2 case with a discussion of the CT diagnosis and differential diagnosis.
