Transsphenoidal Hypophysectomy Approach for Pituitary Apoplexy

垂体卒中是指垂体瘤病人因痛内出血而出现的临床症状恶化为表现的综合征。作者从１９８２年起至今开展经蝶窦进路显微手术治疗垂体瘤病人共３００例，其中垂体卒中１２例，占４％。本文结合临床资料，复习有关文献，就垂体卒中的发病原因，发病机理，临床表现，诊断及治疗等方面进行分析讨论。

Pituitary apoplexy is a syndrome in which clinical symptoms worsen due to bleed-ing in thc pituitary adenoma.We have treated 300 cases of pituitary adenomas by transsphenoidal microsurgery since 1982.Among them there were 12(4%)cases of pituitary apoplexy.Combin-ing clinical material and rcviewing literature,we have discussed pathogeny,symptom,diagnosis and treatment of this disease.
