摘要
本文对32例突聋患者进行全血GSH-PX,红细胞SOD,血浆LPO和VitE的活性测定,结果具有抗脂质过氧化物作用的GSH-PX和氧自由基特异清除酶SOD活性均降低,对细胞有损害作用的LPO升高,而VitE无明显变化。本文从氧自由基反应及氧化还原系统的角度对突聋时的病理生理机制进行探讨。
In order to sttidy the patholgenesis of sudden senmrin eural hearing loss,the change of GSH-PX,SOD,LPO and VitE of blood were measured in 32 patients with sudden deaf-ness.The results showed that GSH-PX and SOD were lower in natients with sudden deafness than in those of the control group,and VitE of blood was not different in deaf patients compared with the control group.The results suggest that there was impairment of antioxdant system in patients with sudden deafness.
