摘要
在这篇文章中，作者证明了谱问题（１．１）在Ｃ．Ｎｅｕｍａｎｎ约束下，被非线性化为一个Ｌｉｏｕｖｉｌｌｅ完全可积的Ｈａｍｉｌｔｏｎ系统．
In this paper, we shall prove that the spectral problem( 1.1) isnonlinearizod into a completely integrable hamiltonian system in the liouville sense,under the So-called C.Neumann constraint.
