28例胃炎样胃癌的内窥镜诊断分析

Endoscopic Diagnosis of 28 Cases of Gastric Cancer Simulating Gastritis

本文报告28例胃炎样胃癌，内窥镜肉眼检查均诊断为胃炎．由于内窥镜检查每例都做活检，首次检出21例癌，复查发现7例．胃炎样胃癌为胃癌中的一种特殊类型，亦可分为早期和进展期．内窥镜下特点有；粘膜粗糙、局限性苍白或发红、浅表糜烂、披有苔膜、散在出血点、质脆易出血．

Twenty-eight patients with gastric cancer simulating gastritis were misdiagnosed as gastritis by endereopy. All the cases were biopsied during endoscopy. Of them, 21 cases were diagnosed at the first biopsy and 7 cases at the second biopsy. Gastric cancer simulating gastritis should be considesed as a special type of gastric cancer and can be devided into early and advanced stages. The characterist for of this type of cancer are described in this paper. The authors believe that endoscopy with biopsies play a crucial role in the diagnosis.
