植物叶片SOD活性分析及植物抗性等级的划分

The Analysis about SOD Activities in Leaves of Plants and Resistance Classification of Them

本文分析了５０种绿化植物的ＳＯＤ活性，并以叶片ＳＯＤ活性为指标，依（Ｘ±ＳＷ）统计原理划分植物抗性等级．比较不同类型植物的ＳＯＤ含量，证实灌木的ＳＯＤ活性高于乔木；阔叶树高于针叶树；幼叶高于成叶。

Fifty plant species were used as experimental materials,this is an analy-sis about their SOD activities in leaves.According to the activities and statistical method(x±S),we classified these plants into four classes.SOD Contents of different plantswere compared.The results showed that the activity of bush is higher that that of ar-bor.Likewise,the activityof broadleaf tree is higher than that of coniferous tree. The ac-tivity of young leaf is higher tha that of ripe leaf.
