辽河长江两水系中华绒螯蟹酯酶和乳酸脱氢酶的同功酶比较研究

A Comparative Study on the IsozymesinEriocheir Sinensis From Chang Jiang and From Liao He Rivers

本文采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳技术，对辽河和长江两水系的中华绒螯蟹酯酶和乳酸脱氢酶的同功酶进行了研究，发现在肝脏、肌肉组织中两者均有差异，从遗传学角度为两地河蟹的区别提供可参考的生化指标。

This paper dealed with the isozymes of Eriocheir sinensis form Chang Jiangand Liao He rivers by using vertical ployacrylamide gel electrophoresis,the EST isozymes inthe tissues of liver and muscle were examined.The resuits indicated that there were obviousdifference between the isozymes from The crabs of chang jiang and Liao He rivers. Sothat,it might be regarded as biochemical index at molecular level for genetics.
