This paper reports the separation of eluate pairs such as malathion andparathion,dimethoate and phorate as well as dichlorvos by normal apolar capillary columnand short capillary column and the determination of 50 % emulsifiable solution ofparathion. The response of organophosphorous insecticide in ECD was investigated.
