摘要
用匀浆提取，９０％硫酸铵沉淀和ＣＭ－纤维素、ＤＥＡＥ－ＳｅｐｈａｂｅｘＡ－５０、ＳｅｐｈａｄｅｘＧ－１００柱层析的方法从猪心肌中分离纯化了细胞质苹果酸脱氨酶。酶制品达到了ＩＦＣＣ规定的标准。
By homogenization extract, 90 % ammonium sulfate precipitation andchromatography of CM-cellulose,DEAE-Sephadex A-50 and Sephadex G-100,thes-MDH was prepared from pig heart.The purified enzyme come up to advarced IFCCStandard.
