In this paper,we introduce a new simple controlling-measure cireuit anddiscuss its fundamental working principle,and also advance a concrete program which de-creases the controlled-temperature precision effected by thermal iternia. The program isnot only simple but also practical and effectivelly solves the influence that thermal iterniaaffects on controlling-temperature precision
