摘要
本文采用偏最小二乘法(PLS)对无机多组分体系进行了研究和测定。结果表明PLS法所建立的数学模型对吸光度加和的偏离能做出有效的校正。方法用于硫代米氏酮一钯、银、汞体系的定量分析较之多元线性回归法的CPA一矩阵法具有更准确可靠的预报结果。
The basic principle of partial least sq uares method(PLS) has been dis-cussed and simultaneous spectrophotometric determination of traces of Pd, Ag and Hg byPLS method have been studied. Compared with CPA method, PLS gives more accurateand reliable results, especi ally when interactions exist between the components to be de-termined but the spectral additivity not exists。
