摘要
奈福泮(Nef)1~100μmol/L可降低豚鼠心室肌细胞动作电位振幅(APA)和0相上升最大速率Vmax;Nef还可延长复极90%时动作电位时程(APD_(90))和有效不应期(ERP),同时升高ERP/APD_(90)比值,但使复极20%时的动作电位时程(APD_(20))缩短。本实验结果提示:Nef对Na ̄+、K ̄+和Ca ̄(2+)的跨膜转运均有抑制作用,与第Ⅰ类抗心律失常药奎尼丁类似。
Nefopam Hydrochloride (Nef) in 1~100 μmol/L could reduce Vmax of phase 0 and APA of the isolated papillary muscle cells of guinea pig; it could prolong the effective refractory period (ERP) and APD_(90), increase the rate of ERP/APD_(90), but could shorten APD_(20).The results suggested that Nef had an inhibitory effect on the transfer of Na ̄+.Ca ̄(2+). K ̄+through cell membrane and was similar to quinidine, class I antiarrhythmic agents.
