圆弧齿面的计算机绘制

摘要 以空间啮合理论为依据,对圆弧齿线双圆弧齿轮的齿面(简称圆弧齿面)进行了研究。从基准齿形的圆弧曲线方程出发,建立了便于计算机图形处理的圆弧齿面数学模型;针对齿面的特点,提出了齿面的计算机绘制方法和消隐算法;解决了复杂齿面的三维图形显示问题。最后,给出了计算机所绘制的图形实例。 On the basis of the theory of space conjugate, the tooth surfaces of the circulararc trace gears with double-circular-arc are studied. Begun with the circular-arc curve equations of the standard profiles, the tooth surfaces mathematical models that are available for computer graphics processing have been built. Next, in accordance with the characters of tooth surfaces, the method of the computer drawing and algorithm of hidden lines removing about tooth surfaces are proposed, and the problem of the 3-D display of complex tooth surfaces is sucessfully solved. The graphics examples of computer drawing are given finally.
