摘要
在水泥生产过程中，回路与逻辑顺序控制问题并存。若采用ＭＡＸ１集散控制系统则能由一套系统同时完成两方面的任务，不仅充分体现集散控制的优越性，而且避免了使用大量的可编程控制器。通过分析山西水泥厂集散控制系统得出ＭＡＸ１系统在水泥厂有很好的应用前景。
In cement industry, there are both closed-loop control task and logic control task.If the MAX 1 DCS is used,a set of control system can finish the all of control tasks. Not only are the advantages of DCS showed, but also the amount of PLC used is minimized. By analysing the DCS in Shanxi Cement Plant, the MAX 1 DCS presents good perspectives for usage in cement plants.
