对于序列聚(dG-nr)和聚(dA-dT)来说,本文介始了C-DNA活性位置的分子静电势(MoleculerElectrostaticPotential)的计算方法和结果[1].描述了双螺旋表面外壳(SurfaceEnvelopes)上势的分布,并将其与B-DNA有关结果[2-4]作了比较.
he molecular electrastatic potentials associocted with reactive site of C-DNA arecalculated for the sequences poly(dG-dC) and POly (dA-dT). The distribution of potential on thesurface envelopes of the doublehelices are also presented. The results are compared with those ob tained for B-DNA。
