摘要
对改性塑料鞍形填料的传质性能进行研究和实验测定,找出了该填料气相总传质单元高度的变化规律和主要的数值范围为0.16~0.25m。对实验数据进行回归处理得到气相体积总传质系数计算关联式。该式简单、实用,计算结果与实例值的偏差在±9%以内。最后将实测气膜传质系数与用恩田(Onda)公式计算得到的气膜传质系数进行比较,发现二者非常吻合,在一定操作范围内的偏差不超过±5%。
ass transfer characteristics of an improved plastic saddle packing have been investigated experimentally in this paper. The law of alteration and major numerical value of gas phase overall height of a transfer unit have been found ,the major numerical value of HOG is about 0. 16~0. 25m. An equation for calculating the overall volumetic mass transfer coefficient has been obtained by correlating our experimental data. The equation KYa=0. 084 4G0.68L0.55 is simple and practical ,and the deviation of calculating result from the experimental result is within 9%. Finally we have compared the gas film mass transfer coefficients calculated by Onda's equation with those measured experimentally and found that the values calculated are in line with those measured exprimentally.
