5－FU囊内注射治疗耳廓假性囊肿77例临床观察

CLINICAL OBSERVATION ON 77 CASES OF PSEUDOCYSTS IN THE AURICLE TREATED BY INTRACAPSULAR INJECTION OF 5-FU

本文报道自１９８７年以来用５－氟脲嘧啶（５－ＦＵ）行囊内注射治疗７７例共８１侧耳廓假性囊肿的经验。囊肿直径囊大为３．４ｃｍ，最小为０．５ｃｍ，平均１．６ｃｍ。８１侧耳廓假性囊肿除２侧经４次治疗未见效而自行转院外，均痊愈。治疗次数最多４次，最长治愈时间１２周，随访时间最长７年来见复发。

The paper reports the experience in treating 77 cases(81 ears) of pseudocysts in the auricle by intracapsular injection of 5-FU.The average diameter of the cysts was 1.6 cm with the maximum as 3.4 cm and the minimum as 0.5cm. All the 81 ears were successfully cured except 2, which,after 4 treatments,failed to respond to the treatment.The treatment was prescribed to an individual case at the maximum of 4 times with the longest duration of 12 weeks, No reoccurrence has been found in the maximum follow-up of 7 Years.
