γ辐照消除注射器热原的实验研究

The study on inactivating bacterial endotoxin in syringe withγrays

本文用不同剂量的γ射线辐照带有大肠杆菌内毒素的注射器，用鲎试剂检验辐照前后内毒素的活性变化。结果表明，γ辐照能有效地消除内毒素的生理活性。

Syringe containing endotoxin were dealt with different dose of γ-rays. The changes of activity endotoxin were tested with endotoxin test.The results showed the activity of endotoxin was effectively inactivatedwith γ -rays.
