摘要
本文观察39例烧伤病人体克复苏后体内脂质过氧化(LPO)产物的动态变化。结果示复苏后24小时,病人血中丙二醛(MDA)浓度及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力有显著的变化(P<0.01)。复苏后24小时,病情轻重不同的两组间其值有显著差异(P<0.05)。SOD活力的下降主要是Cu,Zn-SOD活力的下降。手术中肢体使用止血带时,术后4小时血MDA浓度再次升高。病程早期是由于缺血再灌注,病程后期是由于残余创面的存在,血中白细胞等非特异性免疫系统呼吸爆发,导致氧自由基不断生成的结果。单纯使用维生素C并不能有效的预防O对细胞的损伤。积极的方法是有效的抗感染措施及创面的早期封闭。
The alteration of plasma
lipid peroxide products in 39 patients havebeen observed. The results showed that there were a
significant changein density of MDA and activity of SOD after the patients resuscitated24 hours.
And at that time,two group patients with different pencentageof total burn surface area had
different values in density of MDA andactivity of SOD. The decrease of SOD activity mainly
resulted from thatof the Cu, Zn SOD's. The plasma level of MDA rised again in postope-ration 4
hours becouse of use of tourniquet on extremities during opera-tion.In the early statge,the level
of lipidperoxidation higher in vivois the results of the micro-circulation ischemia-reperfusion and
in thelate one, the infection due to existence of remaining surface of woundwhich leads to
respiratory explosion of nonspecific immunity system,that results in oxygen free radical
formation. Only Vitamin C can noteffectively protect cells from free radical injury and active
methods beto resist infection and cure surfacc of wound as soon as possible.
