芝麻花内蜜腺的解剖学研究

ANATOMIC STUDIES OE THE FLORAL NECTARY IN SESAMUM INDICUM L.

芝麻的花内蜜腺位于花冠筒基部与子房之间的花盘上,属于花盘蜜腺。蜜腺细织由分泌表皮,产蜜组织以及维管束三部分组成。分泌表皮具有角质层和变态的气孔器。产蜜组织在蜜腺发育过程中,其液泡、淀粉粒、旦白质、RNA 随着蜜腺的发育呈现一定的消长规律。来自花托的维管束一直通入产蜜组积内。维管组织中只有韧皮部,原蜜汁可能由韧皮部提供。

Anatomic studies and cytological observation of the floral nectar in Sesamum indicum L.were investigated with light and scanning electron microscopy.Sesamum indicum has an annular nectary located on the disc between the basal part of the coralla and ovary,it belongs to disc nectary.The nectary is composed of epidermis and nectariferous tissue which has vascular.The cuticula and modified stomata are present in the epidermal layer and are thought to function in nectar secretion.During the development of nectariferous tissue,the vacuole,RNA,starch and protein occurred regularly decrease and increase change.The vascular lead to the nectary tissue from basical receptacles to nectary tissue,which only consists of phloem.It is concluded that the pre-nectar comes from the sap of the phloem.
