电针对实验性单发关节炎模型的镇痛及治疗作用

EFFECTS OF ELECTROACUPUNCTURE ON A MODEL OF ACUTE UNILATERAL INFLAMMATION OF THE HINDPAW IN PATS

利用白陶土及鹿角菜胶在大鼠足底注射，构成局限性急性单发关节炎模型，探讨电针对该模型的作用。实验动物在戊巴比妥钠麻醉下，足底注射４％白陶土混悬液０．１ｍｌ及２％鹿角菜胶溶液０．０５ｍｌ，致炎后于第４～１２小时炎症显著。不同参数的电针刺激均可产生镇痛效应，其中２／１５Ｈｚ电针的针效最高，并有明显的后效应（治疗作用）。单次电针已能产生足够的治疗作用，反复电针仅能使此作用略有加强。单纯留针亦有一定治疗作用。

An acute unilateral inflammation was induced in the right hindpaw of rats,in an attempt to observe the analgesic and therapeutic effect of electroacupuncture(EA)on this model.Unilateral intraplantar injection of 4% kaolin 0.1 ml and 2% carrageenan 0.05ml into the right hindpaw of rats under pentobarbital anesthesia led to a localized inflammation that became apparent within 2 hours and plateaued between 4～12 hours.Marked analgesia was observed at the inflammed leg by administered at hind leg of the healthy side.Among different frequencies being used,EA of 2/15 Hz showed the best analgesic effect during the stimulation period and after the cessation of EA,the later may be considered as a curative effect on the arthritic model.Single session of EA for 30 min was enough to produce the curative effect which was further enhanced by the repeated administration of EA.A significant although relatively weak effect can be induced by needle insertion without stimulation.The possible mechanisms of the immediate and longer lasting effect of EA were discussed.
