急性白血病患者血清白细胞介素6和可溶性白介素6受体含量测定

Serum Levels of IL-6 and sIL-6R_(80kD) in Patients with Acute Leukemia

采用生物学方法和ＥＬＩＳＡ，分别检测了２０例急性白血病患者和２０名正常人血清中ＩＬ－６和ｓＩＬ－６Ｒ８０ｋＤ水平。正常人血清ＩＬ－６水平低于５ｋＵ／Ｌ，ｓＩＬ－６Ｒ８０ｋＤ平均为５．００±４．６４μｇ／Ｌ。急性白血病患者血清ＩＬ－６、ｓＩＬ－６Ｒ８０ｋＤ水平明显增加（Ｐ＜０．０１），提示ＩＬ－６和ｓＩＬ－６Ｒ８０ｋＤ协同作用可能参与急性白血病的发病机制。

Using a modified bioassay with IL-6-dependent B9 cells and ELISA, serum levels of IL-6 and sIL-6R80kD from 20 patients with acute leukemia and 20 normal subjects were investigated. Compared with those of donors,the IL-6 and sIL-6R80kD levels of patients with acute leukemia were markedly increased (P<0. 01 141. 65±14. 46kU/L vs<5. 00kU/L, 20. 27±2. 61μg/L vs 5. 00±1. 04μg/L, respectively),suggesting that both IL-6 and sIL-6R80kD are involved in the development of acute leukemia.
