摘要
本文报告了三种花生四烯酸代谢产物碘化标记前体分离纯化方法,并和文献报告的板层蒸气显色法进行了比较,所得结果相似。作者提出的125I和3H示踪法,避免了显色法对产物可能造成的损伤,具有广泛的应用价值。
Preparation of 125I-labeled precursors of prostaglandin metabolites is described with the result comparable to that of silicon gel chromatography using iodine fume as staining procedure. The advantage of the present method with 125I and 3H as tracer is that the possible alteration of prostaglandin metabolites caused by iodine might be avoided.
