摘要
本文报导了以抗卵巢癌肿瘤抗原的单克隆抗体ＯＶ１９７作为捕捉抗体，以ＯＶ１８５为标记抗体的碘标固相双位点夹心式ＣＡ－１２５免疫放射分析（ＩＲＭＡ）的稳定性研究。实验结果表明，固相抗体珠、标记抗体、标准及保温液在４℃存放４周仍可获得理想的实验结果。３７℃存放固相珠时，各标准点结合率降低，并且非特异性吸附升高。
The stability of CA-125 IRMA with MAb OV197 as capture antibody and OV185 as labelling antibody was investigated. The results showed that the performance quality of solid phase, tracer, standard and assay buffer was well preserved when they were stored at 4℃ for four weeks.
