摘要
用放射配体结合分析,测定了41例(男16例,女25例)原发性癫痫患者外周血白细胞糖皮质激素受体(glucocorticoidreceptorGR),同时用放射免疫分析测定了患者血浆皮质醇(F),即糖皮质激素(glucocorticoidGC),并与正常对照组比较。结果表明,无论年龄、性别及服用何种抗痫药物,原发性癫痫患者的GC都明显高于对照组(P<0.01);GR都明显低于对照组,(P<0.01)。鉴于GC对中枢神经系统有增强兴奋性的效应,故认为本病存在GC—GR系统异常。GC增高,GR降低可能在原发性癫痫的发生,发展中起一定作用。
The binding capacity of glucocorticoid receptors (GR) on peripheral white blood cells was investigated by radioligand binding assay and plasma level of cortisol (GC) was measured by RIA in 41 patients (male 16,female 25) with primary epilepsy. The plasma level of GC was significantly higher in the patients than in the controls (P<0.01) without any relation to age ,sex and drug taken,while the binding capacity of GR was significantly lowered in the patients (P<0. 01). Since GC has strengthening effect on excitation of the central nervous system,it is concluded that GC GR system may be abnormal in primary epilepsy. The elevated GC level and decreased binding capacity of GR may play a role in the development of the disease.
