摘要
用邻苯三酚自氧化法测定了26例偏头痛患者发作期和间隙期红细胞超氧化物歧化酶(Ery-SOD)的含量变化。结果表明,发作期和间隙期Ery-SOD含量分别为1224±215U/gHb(x±s)和1321±209U/gHb,成对t检验表明两者之间有非常显著差异(P<0.001)。偏头痛发作期Ery-SOD含量显著下降,可能反映了体内氧自由基生成增加,消耗了大量的SOD。
Levels of erythrocyte superoxide dismutase(Ery-SOD)were determined during the attack and intermittent periods in 26 patients with migraine.The results showed that the level of Ery-SOD during the attack period(1224±215U/gHb)was significantly lower than that during the intermittent period(1321±209U/gHb(paired t test, P<0.001).The decreased level of Ery-SOD suggests that the production of oxygen free radicals is increased during the attack period,which consumed a great deal of SOD.
