摘要
本文虑及房地产经营中销售量的不确定性,定义了投资决策的风险度,基于盈亏分析法及灵敏度分析,进行房地产开发经营的风险分析。
Considering the uncertainty of the marketing qUantity in real estate development, the risk ratio investment decision is defined, by using of the method of cost-volume-profit and the analysis of sensitivity, the risk in real estate development is analyzed.
