两种转化催化剂上CH_4裂解反应考察

摘要 采用程序升温表面裂解(TPSC)的方法研究了天然气转化催化剂Z107和添加La_2O_3助剂的Z111催化剂及它们的载体上产生的CH_4裂解过程。试验结果表明:CH_4在催化剂载体上,温度低于800℃不产生裂解,高于800℃时,有微量裂解;CH_4在催化剂上,裂解从220℃开始,350℃时,裂解速度增大,于540℃达到极大值,以后裂解速度迅速下降,当温度升至600℃时,裂解速度降至极小值,温度再升高,裂解速度又有所回升。添加La_2O_3的Z111催化剂,其裂解峰值(555℃)速度比Z107催化剂大31%,其裂解反应活性比Z107高1.8倍左右,其裂解速度下降较Z107慢,要温度升至800℃才降到极小值。 Use TPSC method to study CH_4 pyrolysis process on natural gas reforming catalysts2107 and Z111 with La_2O_3 promoter,as well as on their carriers. The experiment results are shown asfOllows:When the temperature is below 800℃ ,CH_4 isn't pyrolyzed on the catalyst carrier, and a tracedpyrolysis takes place when it is over 800℃. The pyrolysis of CH_4 on catalyst Z107 starts at 220℃,the rate of pyrolyzing increases when it comes to 350℃,and reaches its maximum at 540℃;then therate of pyrolysis drops sharply,till the temperature reaches 600℃ it goes down to the minimum;withthe temporature rising higher, the rate of pyrolysis goes up again to a certain degree。2111 with La_2O_3promoter has a higher rate peak to reach(at 555℃),31%more than Z107,its pyrolysis reaction activ-ity is around 1. 8 times higher than that of Z107 and its pyrolyzing rate dropo slower than that ofZ107. For its pyrolyzing rate to drop to the minimum,the temperature needs raising to 800℃。
