BRINGING THE INTEGRATED GROUP INTO ROLE TO EXTEND THE SOURCE OF FEEDSTOCK

齐鲁石化公司第二化肥厂为拓宽原料来源，发挥齐鲁石化公司大型石化联合企业资源优势，不间断地进行开发资源技术改造，采取一段炉燃烧系统外引炼厂、乙烯装置化工轻油、瓦斯气、焦化干气、本厂甲醇、丁辛醇装置弛放废气作燃料，引用两醇系统中压蒸汽进装置，减少燃料消耗，辅锅燃料天然气改烧柴油等一系列措施，提高了生产负荷。近期将采取一段炉燃料天然气改烧柴油的技术改造，使化肥产量达到设计能力，从根本上扭转化肥装置低负荷生产的被动局面。

In order to extend the feedstock source,The Second Fertilizer Factory took the sourcesuperiority of the large-sized petrochemical integrated complex and carried out a series of technical mod-ifications for more sources successively,such as the combustion system of the primary reformer usingthe naphtha tail gas and dry cooking gas from the Refinery and the Ethylene Plant,the purge gas fromthe methanol,butanol and octanol Plants as the fuel instead of natural gas,leading MP steam from themethanol,octanol and butanol plants into this system in compensation for the fuel shOhege problem,re-placing natural gas fuel for auxiliary boiler with diesel oil.All of these measures the factory took in-creased the operation load.Recently the primary reformer burning natural gas will be modified intoburning diesel.In this way,the design capacity could be reached and the situation of the low load oper-ation is expected to be reversed thoroughly.
