再生合金800H下猪尾管高温服役后的剩余寿命研究

摘要 对服役8万小时,经过固溶热处理再生后又服役3万小时的合金800H下猪尾管进行了材料的组织与性能分析;根据高温持久强度试验数据,采用回归分析法,外推得到该猪尾管的剩余寿命。结果表明:再生后的下猪尾管在设计温度下再继续服役一个设计寿命周期(约10万小时)是安全可靠的。 In order to study the possility of life extension of pigtails in a fertilizer plant , whichhas been in service for 80,000 hours and has been operated for another 30,000 hours after regenera-tive solution heat-treatment,the microstructures and mechanical properties of the pigtail material Alloy800H are analyzed in the present work.The residual life is got by the regression analysis and extensionof the endurance test at high temperature. The result shows that it is safe for the regenerative pigtil tobe operated continuously for another design life cycle,(about 100,000 hours)..
