摘要
介绍了炼油厂催化汽油碱渣的产生和性质,以及催化汽油碱渣处理的现状。进行了催化汽油碱渣用于直馏柴油碱洗的实验研究,结果表明,此回用方法可行,柴油产品质量合格,且能提高柴油的稳定性。催化汽油碱渣回用后其所含污染物:硫化物、COD、NH3-N都有较显著地降低;其中的酚至少50%被柴油吸收。增加了柴油产量,节约了新碱消耗,提高了经济效益。
This article introduces the character of the alkaline residue from FCC,the status of its treatment and how to be generated.The test that the alkaline residual from FCC was used to purify straight run gas oil was made.The test results show that it is feasible in the process. The quality of gas oil reaches the product, standards after purification and the stability of gas oil is enhanced. The amount of pollutants,sulphide.COD.NH3-N,that is contained in alkaline residue from FCC after being reused is decreased obviously, and at least the 50% phenol is absorbed by gas oil.This process can increase the gas oil production, decrease the alkaline consumption,increase the economic benefit the suggestion is pointed out in practice application of production unit.
