碎、溶、排中西医结合非手术治疗胆石病

Intcgration of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in Nonoperative TreatmentCombining Fragmentation,Rosolution and Expellation for Cholelithiasis

本文报道采用体外震波、自制中药舒胆合剂和西药熊去氧胆酸三者中西医结合的碎、溶、排非手术治疗胆石病２６４例。结果，经平均１８个月随访，临床症状１６２例（７０．７％）消失，４２例（１８．４％）好转，总有效率８９．１％；结石消失９０例（３９．３％），减少或明显缩小９４例（４１％），影像诊断随访有效率８０．３％。其疗效优于长期口服ＵＤＣＡ或单纯震波治疗，认为舒胆合剂起到了相当作用。本文还对舒胆合剂的作用机理进行了探讨。

e studied 264 cases of cholelithasis for nonoperative treatment. Extracorporeal lithotripsy,UDCA and herbal medicine Shu Dan Mixture were used for each patient and the group were fol-lowed up for an average period of l8 months.The result showed that l62 patients(70.7%)were symptom free and 42(18.4%)were significantly improved. Thc overall effectiveness was89.1%。 The stones disappeared in 90 cases (39.3%)and were decreased in number of frag-ments or shrinked prominantly in 94 cases.The overall effective rate estimated by imaging diag-nosis was 80.3%, higher than the use of UDCA or lithotripsy,respectively。 It is concluded thatShu Dna Mixture played a role in the treatment of gallstone。Furthermore,the theraputic machanism of Shu Dan Mixture in gallstone patients was dis-cussed.
