摘要
承气合剂为治疗急腹症的验方，本实验结果显示它可促进小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能。在ＬＰＳ刺激下，腹腔Ｍ释放ＩＬ６及ＴＮＦ增多，合剂对之抑制作用明显，但对正常状态的Ｍ则促进释放作用。较大剂量的合剂可抑制小鼠胸腺体积，明显减少胸腺指数。上述结果表明承气合剂抗炎作用与影响机体免疫功能有关。
heng Qi He Ji(CQHJ),a Chinese herbal mixture,has a valuable application in
acute peri-tionitis. The mechanism of its antiinflammatory effects was investigated. The results
showed thatCQHJ increased the phagocytosis rate of macrophages in the periotoneal cavity of
mice;CQHJmodified the synthesis of interleukin-6 and TNF from macrophages which were
induced byLPS,and increased both cytokins synthesis from macrophages which were not
induced by LPS,and it could also reduce the weight of the thyrnus but had no effect on the
weight of the spleen in mice.
