中西医结合疗法抗自由基损害的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Asti-free Radical Damage with the Method of Integrated Traditional Chi-nese and Westerm Medicine Medicine

本研究用生物化学方法，观测了我院外科病人在治疗过程中，血浆脂质过氧化物（ＬＰＯ）及超氧化物歧化酶（ＳＯＤ）的变化，及中药对这两个指标的影响。结果发现，中西医结合疗法在抗自由基损害方面起着一定的作用。

linical observation on the relationship of the abdominal diseases with free radical damageand the defensive effect of Chinese herbs on the free radical damage have been made.Some newviews have been acquired.As the result,we found that plasma lipoperoxide(LPO)increzesed veryobviously in severe,abdominal patients. And at the meantime the activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD)in red bloed cell decreassd very obviously.With the treatment of Chinese herbs, LPO de-creased and SOD increased.These patients includ postoporation patients , acute pancreatitis pa-tients,obetructive jaundice patients,infection of biliary-tract patient, poritonitis patients and in-testinal obstruction patients, etc. These proved that in the severe aboominl diseases there was freeradical damage and Chinese herbs had anti-free radical damage effect.
