本文分析了自１９８６年至１９９３年３１例筋膜间隔综合征。采用中西医结合方法治疗。应用甘露醇和活血化瘀中药有改善局部微循环、减轻水肿及疤痕挛缩的作用，疗效可靠。并对甘露醇和活血化瘀中药的作用机理进行了讨论。

Mannitiol and medicinal herbs could improve local cir-culation and mitigate edema and cicatrization.The pharmacology of mannitol and herbal medicinewith activating blood circulation and dispersing stasis effects was discussed.
