中药骨愈散治疗骨折延迟愈合、骨不连接32例报告

Treatment ot Delayed Healing of Fracture and Nonunion with”Bone-Healing povder”

３２例骨折延迟愈合，骨不连接应用天然中草药骨愈散外敷、内服治疗。文中对该药的功效及作用机理作了初步探讨，认为它具有消肿止痛，活血散瘀、促进损伤部位组织生长及血管增生，恢复和改善局部血液循环，加速骨折愈合及软组织修复，舒通筋络、改善及恢复僵硬关节功能，防治肌肉萎缩等作用。

bone-healing powder prepared from natural herbs was used to treat 32 cases of delayedhealing of ftacture and nonunion by external application and oral administration. No iatrogeniccomplication was found during the course of treatment.The theraputic mechanism of the Drepara-tion was supposed to be alliviating swelling,stopping pain,activating blood circulation,dispersingstasis,promoting tissue growth and proliferation of blood vessels in the injured areas,restoringand improving local blood circulation,speeding up healing of fracture and repair of soft tissues,dredging the channels^ improving joints function and preventing and treating muscular atrophy. If used in combination with Rhubarb powder,the preparation could also eleminate inflammatoryswelling and promote resoluting of inflammation and wound healing in cases of fracture nonunionaccompanied by osteomyelitis
