丹参对常温下肝门阻断肝损伤防治的研究 被引量:1

摘要 本实验观察了在我院行肝切除肝门阻断的两组病人——应用丹参的治疗组和不用丹参的对照组发现:治疗组肝门阻断前、阻断15分终末、复流30分时肝静脉血和肝组织中氧自由基含量明显低于对照组.治疗组术前,术后3天、术后7天、14天血液GPT、TBI明显低于对照组.治疗组阻断前、阻断终、复流30分血粘度指标也明显低于对照组.光镜和电镜病理阻断15分终末及复流30分治疗组病变也明显轻于对照组,从而证明丹参可以减轻肝脏的缺血再灌注损伤. The purpose of the study is to demonstrate the protective role of Danshen in hepatic ischemi-a-reperfusion. A decrease of oxygen free radical (OFR) in hepatic tissue and in the blood of hep-atic vein was found in the group with Danshen, with comparatively,the mild histologic changes ofhepatic tissue shown by light and electron-microscopies. Before portal clamping, at 15 minuteblocking and 30 minute reperfusion, the index of blood viscosity of the Danshen group was stillbetter than that of the group without Danshen. A significant decrease in GPT and TBI was foundin the Danshen group on the 3rd ,7th and 14th day after the operation.The result showed:1. Danshen could inhibit the generation of OFR and played a protective role in the hepatic is-chemic and reperfusion injury.2. Dandhen could improve microcirculation by lowering blood viscosity,thus improve the no-reflow phenomenon.3. The injury of liver after 15-minute ischemic and then reperfusion was reversible. Danshencould protect the liver from ischemia-reperfusion injury and hasten the recovery from injury ofhepatic cells.
