摘要
经胃镜诊断４４例食道静脉曲张破裂出血患者，随机分成善得定治疗组（２２例）和垂体后叶素对照组（２２例）。结果止血率／２４ｈｒ，治疗组为９０、９％，对照组为６６．７％两组差异显著（Ｐ＜０、０１）副作用方面如头痛、胸痛、腹痛，治疗组仅１例（８２％），对照组１０例（４５、５％），两组差异有显著性意义（Ｐ＜０、０１）。
4 Cases patients with bleeding
esophageal varix were investigate by endoscopy, and divided into
groups of Sandostatin treatment and pituitarinum posterius freatment
The results showed that the rate of hemostasis was 90.9% in
Sandostatin group,as control group 66.7%in pituitarinum
postterius(P<0.01).It showed that the side-effects such as
headache,pain in chest and lumbago were distinctly higher in the
control(44.5%)than in the treatment group(8.2%,P<0.01).
