蛋白激酶C抑制剂对血小板激活因子活性的抑制作用 被引量:1

摘要 本文观察了蛋白激酶C(PKC)抑制1-(5-异喹啉磺酰基)-2-甲基哌嗪(H-7)和槲皮素对血小板激活因子(PAF)体内作用的影响,结果发现:特异性PAF受体拮抗剂WEB2086可有效抑制内毒素(LPS)的致死毒性,进一步说明PAF是内毒素休克的重要介质;ivPAF可诱导小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性增高(1.0μg/Kg)或死亡(25μg/Kg),PKC抑制剂H-7、槲皮素对二者都具有显著的抑制作用,且显著相关,提示H-7刊槲皮素抑制PAF毒性与保护内皮细胞有关;PAF在体内对小鼠的毒性和对微血管的损伤.可能与PKC有关。
