摘要
对某区新类型金矿石进行了选冶试验研究。结果表明,矿石中无单独的载金矿物,一般的选矿方法难以使金有效富集,但这种含金矿石具有良好的可浸性。对所推出的无废全泥氰化浸出-锌粉置换工艺流程,磨矿粒度为-200目占90%时,加入氰化钠0.8kg/t.石灰2.5kg/t进行浸出,贵液脱氧3min后加入锌粉150kg/L.醋酸铅40kg/L进行置换,可使浸出率达到95.70%,金的总回收率为95.14%。
The test of beneficiation-metallurgy was carried out with a new type gold ore.For gold ores without soparate gold-carriers, it is usually difficult to concentrate gold effec-tively by using conventional mineral processing methods. Howerer,the gold ore has goodleachability,and the authors propose the proeess flowsheet of wasteless cyanide leaching-zinc powder replacement. At a grind of 90%minus 200 mesh,its slime is leached with sodi-um cyanate (0. 8 kg/t)and lime(2. 5 kg/t),and the gold-containing solution obtained is de-oxided for 3 min. and replaced with zinc powder(150 mg/L)and lead acetate(40 mg/L),obtaining a leaching rate of 95.7%and an overall recovery of 95. 14%.
