摘要
将分维概念推广到碱基空间,计算了约2500个编码区序列和约2000个非编码区序列的分形维数,讨论了分维与序列进化水平的联系,用Levy─Weierstrass模型作了理论解释。
The concept of fractals is generalized to the space of bases.The fractals of about 2500 coding region and 2000 noncoding region of nucleic acid sequences are calculated.The relation between the fractals and the evolutionary levels of these sequences are discussed.A theoretical analysis has been made by the levy-Weierstrass model briefly.
