摘要
结合对六辊管材矫直机矫直实际过程的分析，探讨了在矫直力计算中存在的问题，并在此基础上建立了较符合实际的六辊矫直机矫直力的计算体系。通过与矫直力的实测结果的比较，证明该计算体系的精度满足工程的要求。
By jointed with the analysis of six rolls tube strengthening machine working process,identified the problem in strengthening force calculating and established the practical calculating system of the six rolls tube strengthening machine at the base of it.Compared with measurement data,proved the system meet the needs industry accurancy.
