摘要
利用聚己内酰胺再生切片,经螺杆挤压、熔融、卷绕及后牵伸,制得规格为22D×120mm的仿马海毛锦纶短纤维,其技术可行,再生访马海毛短纤的物理指标基本符合毛份制品的要求。
Waste nylon is squeezed, melted by Screws,and winded,finishing hauled,as the material in production of imitation woolen yarnnylon 6 short fibre- The specification of the short fibre is 22D×120mm and the productive technology is feasible. The physical characteristics of reproductive imItation woolen yarn short fibre basically correspond to the standard of woolen textilefabric.
