摘要
本文简要介绍了低温电镀工艺生产大直径金刚石圆锯片的研究结果。对Ni-Co合金成分等主要影响因素进行了讨论。无论选用新基片还是旧基片(原用热压法生产的金刚石锯片)该工艺均能生产出高质量的金刚石锯片。所得电镀金刚石圆锯片的使用结果表明,切割寿命为热压法金刚石锯片的2.8倍。该工艺所需设备简单、投资少、成本低。
Large diameter synthetic diamond circular saw blades were prepared by anelectroplating process. This process permits both the new substrates and hot-pressed onesto be used, and the high quality products to be obtained. Practices showed that the electro-plated saw blades have higher service life than the hot-pressed ones(2.8 times the latter).This electroplating process offers the advantages of simple equipment requiremants,low cap-ital and operating costs,In this paper the main factors(especially the composition of Ni-Coalloy layers)affecting the process are discussed.
