摘要
通过作者对参加过的某钢铁公司初轧厂均热厂房结构的可靠性鉴定及其近几年的工作经验，介绍了这类厂房的检测要点及存在问题，论述了工业厂房普遍存在的管理不善及其危害性，提出了相应的对策。
By taking parting in the Reliable appraisal of soaking.shop in rough rolling mill in iron and steel company and the construction practise,the paper introduces the main testing points and the existing problems. Discussing the hamfulness which was commonly existing in industry buildings because of the bad-managed, the ways were put forward to deal with these problems.
