摘要
由测杆的受热温度分布以及相变出发,根据声波传播机理,利用偏微分方程首次分析了在线监测冶金高炉炉衬厚度的微机回波波形,对信号回波位置的判定给出理论依据。这对于声电智能转换在线监测技术的进一步应用及提高其测量的精确程度,具有重要的意义。
According to distribution of temperature in the measuring staff, according to propagation mechanism of the supersonic, heated gradient and phase transformation of measuring staff, it is analised the supersonic echo-wave shape with partial differential equation, and give it a theoretical result of desiding echo-wave seat. There is very important significances in the further application of real-time monitoring skill and in improving the surveying precision.
