摘要
介绍了几种谱估计方法，通过几种方法的比较选定了适合于ＨＲＶ信号的谱估计法，并以实例说明了它的有效性。
The methods of spectrum estimated are described. The method adapted for HRV signal have been definited and its effection has been identificated.
