Biologica therapy and immunology study on skin wart

摘要 90例多发性皮肤疣患者采用自体疣移植主动免疫法治疗,随机分为2组,疣移植加服左旋咪唑51例,单纯疣移植39例.结果显示:治愈率分别为90.2%与82.5%(P>0.25).对23例进行了免疫学研究,统计资料表明:术前与术后患者的IgG、IgA、IgM及淋巴细胞转化率均无明显差异(P>0.05).检测10例患者CD_3、CD_4、CD_8细胞百分率均下降(P<0.05),CD_4/CD_8比值下降(P<0.05).病理活检和电镜检查示:正在消退的疣组织中有大量单核细胞浸润.上述资料表明本疗法主要是增强细胞免疫功能. Abstract Ninety cases of multiple skin warts have been studied by self wart grafting,a kind of positive immunology therapy.They were randomly divided into two groups,one group,fifty one cases.were treated by wart grafting and take levamisole,the other group,thirty nine cases,were treated only by wart grafting.The cure rates were 90.2% and 82.5% respectively.In addition,twenty-three cases were studied by immunology method.the results showed that IgG, IgA,IgM and limphocyte transfer rate were identified between pre-treated and after-treated patients(P>0. 05).And CD_3 , CD_4 , CD_8 , CD_4/CD_8 rates of ten cases were all decreased (P<0.05).Pathology and electromicroscope observation showed that there were many single nuclearcytes infiltrating in degenerating wart.These findings suggest the method can improve cell immune function.
